Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Manager, FP&A to partner with manufacturing and supply chain leadership, driving budgets, forecasts, and performance insights. You will build financial models, analyze costs, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and working capital.

In this role, you will collaborate with Plant Operations, Cost Accounting, and Corporate Finance to translate operational metrics into financial outcomes and lead discussions with executives on strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 6–10 years of FP&A, manufacturing finance, or operations finance experience.
• Experience with manufacturing, food production, or high-volume environments.
• Strong Excel, modeling, and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models, reports, and analytical frameworks to assess performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned areas.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to identify profitability opportunities.
• Perform budget-to-actual analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Present findings and recommendations to executives and functional leaders.
• Support capital investments with ROI analyses and post-implementation reviews.
