Job summary

Orveon Global in New York is seeking a finance leader within our FP&A organization to partner across SG&A, Commercial, and Supply Chain to drive financial performance across our brand portfolio. The position owns budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, variance analysis, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic and operational decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent certification preferred.
5+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering.
Experience in month-end close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance improvements.
Experience with NetSuite highly preferred; knowledge of NSPB and SmartView a plus.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with strong ad-hoc modeling and financial storytelling.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the supply chain, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Analyze drivers of variances versus budget/forecast and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional leads to drive value creation initiatives.
Design and track KPIs to measure performance and improve financial visibility and reporting.
Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering collaboration and professional development.
