Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience in a multinational CPG or beauty company.
• Demonstrated experience in month-end close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with large ERP systems; knowledge of NSPB and SmartView a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the supply chain organization.
• Analyze month-end variances versus budget, driving accountability on cost-saving initiatives.
• Design and track KPIs to measure business and supply chain performance.
