Job summary

Orveon Global US LLC is seeking a finance leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Supply Chain FP&A function. You will partner with regional and functional leaders to monitor global spending and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

You will design KPIs, analyze variances, and mentor the finance team while collaborating with commercial, marketing, procurement, and operations to create value across a premium beauty brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally FP&A or business partnering with supply chain teams in a multinational CPG or beauty company.
• Experience with month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with large ERP systems; NetSuite highly preferred; NSPB and SmartView a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong modeling and storytelling capabilities.

About the Role

This role is a finance leader within Orveon's FP&A organization, partnering with our Supply Chain team to drive financial performance across our brand portfolio. The position owns budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, variance analysis, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic and operational decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for our supply chain organization on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, partnering with regional and functional leaders to monitor global spending.
• Analyze drivers of month-end variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year, driving accountability around cost‑saving initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional business leads — commercial, marketing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operations to drive value creation initiatives
• Design and track KPIs to measure business and supply chain performance, identify trends, and improve financial visibility and reporting tools across the organization.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally including FP&A Supply Chain Finance, or Business Partnering with supply Chain teams in a multinational CPG or beauty company.
• Demonstrated experience in month‑end close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with a track record of driving financial performance improvements.
• Experience with large ERP systems; NetSuite highly preferred. Knowledge of NSPB and SmartView a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong ad‑hoc modeling, forecasting, and financial storytelling capabilities.
• Strategic thinker who can dig into the nuts and bolts of reporting and translate findings into recommendations for senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills; results‑driven with high business acumen.
• Comfort providing appropriate challenge, pushback, and feedback; collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to balance big‑picture thinking with hands‑on execution, manage tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.

Pay Transparency – The following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non‑discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $117,500- $156,500 Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full‑time employees!
