Job summary

Driven Brands is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for the enterprise. You will build and maintain three‑statement models, partner with executives, and drive cross‑functional analysis in a fast‑paced environment.

You will mentor two FP&A professionals, advance reporting processes, and influence strategic decisions. North Carolina location; competitive compensation and robust benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience; MBA/CPA option with six years may apply.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing finance professionals.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience, including three‑statement modeling.
• Experience presenting financial analyses to senior executives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting across the organization and coordinate inputs and reporting.
• Manage annual budgeting, target setting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Own enterprise three‑statement models and support strategic planning with robust scenarios.
• Develop business cases for initiatives, investments, and operational improvements.
• Mentor and develop FP&A professionals; drive process improvements and automation.
• Present analyses to executives and support board materials and earnings processes.
