Job summary

Vaco is seeking a Head of Finance to drive forward-looking planning and strategic finance for a founder-led consumer business. You will own budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and cash flow while partnering with Marketing, Ecommerce, and Operations to steer growth.

This role emphasizes business impact over accounting, with dashboards, KPI development, and executive-facing materials to guide decisions and investments.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling experience.
• Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive decisions.
• Inventory or demand planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Build revenue, cash flow, hiring, and departmental forecasts.
• Develop scenario models to support strategic decisions.
• Provide financial insights to executive leadership and prepare reports.
