Job summary

Vaco, a large multi-brand consumer business, is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and reporting with executive leadership.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, create executive dashboards, and partner with Treasury to illuminate key drivers. Mentoring analysts and delivering strategic insights will be central to this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, consolidation, or related finance experience.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and executive presentations.
• Experience in multi-unit, consumer, retail, hospitality, franchise, or similar complex operating environments preferred.
• Experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations, forecasts, and operating plans.
• Create executive-ready reporting, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and leadership presentations.
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and capital planning processes.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury to provide insights into business performance and key financial drivers.
• Leverage planning and reporting systems to improve financial reporting, automation, and decision-making.
• Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling, ad hoc analysis, and performance tracking.
• Mentor and develop analysts while driving process improvements and best practices.
