Denali Therapeutics Inc. invites you to join a finance leadership role focused on FP&A for CMPA and cross-functional stakeholders in a hybrid on-site setting in South San Francisco. You will own revenue, costs, and GTN dynamics, translating them into forecasts to inform Board-level planning.

You will lead budgeting, long-range planning, and close processes, partnering with Commercial, Accounting, and Supply Chain to drive profitability and resource allocation in a dynamic biotech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Typically requires 12 years of relevant finance experience with a focus on commercial finance/FP&A and GTN forecasting in biotech/pharmaceuticals.
• Commercial launch and early post-launch experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP revenue accounting; SOX experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software such as SAP.

Aufgaben

• Own product P&L forecasting and analysis, partnering with Commercial, Supply Chain, Accounting, and other key stakeholders.
• Own and maintain GTN forecasting model and related analytics.
• Analyze sales, inventory, pricing and GTN trends, provide actionable insights for strategy.
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to CMPA teams, leading budgets and long-range planning.
• Partner with Accounting on monthly/quarterly close, accruals, revenue/GTN reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Commercial and HR on incentive compensation forecasting.
• Provide financial support for commercial contracts and distributor economics.
• Partner with Supply Chain on S&OP, aligning demand with forecasts and highlighting risk.
• Lead special analyses and process improvements, including audit readiness.
