Job summary

Denali Therapeutics in South San Francisco, CA seeks a senior Commercial Finance professional to own day-to-day revenue cycle activities, including order-to-cash, GTN and revenue recognition.

The role partners with Commercial, Market Access, Supply Chain and Legal to build scalable, controlled processes and supports external reporting for 10-Q/10-K. A CPA and 10+ years of experience are strongly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Finance required; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience including ASC 606.
• Strong GAAP, SOX, and public company reporting knowledge.
• Able to partner with Commercial, Market Access, Supply Chain, IT, Legal and Tax.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order-to-cash, revenue recognition and GTN processes, including invoicing and reconciliations.
• Manage AR operations, collections, cash application and credit management.
• Review contracts for accounting implications and support SOX controls.
