Job summary

Foley, Incorporated in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and cash flow management. You will partner with senior leaders to provide financial guidance, drive decision support, and deliver actionable recommendations for growth and profitability.

The role requires mastery of financial modeling, variance analysis, and KPI reporting, with advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and ERP/FP&A systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent advanced credentials preferred.
• 8-12+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, performance management and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/FP&A systems (D365/Vena) and Power BI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasting, long-range financial planning, and cash flow forecasting processes.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunities to support objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial guidance, decision support, and recommendations.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and profitability goals.
• Manage banking relationships and borrowing requirements.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Drive process improvements through automation, data analytics, and enhanced reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounting, IT, and Operations to improve data quality and transparency.
