Precision Medicine Group is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to provide financial planning and analysis support to PAQ SG&A, Corporate Allocations, and Consolidated Reporting. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, results reporting, and ad hoc analysis by consolidating cross-functional financial information and translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, BI dashboards, and ERP systems

Responsabilités

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning inputs for PAQ SG&A, Corporate Allocations, and Consolidated Reporting
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, including variance and trend analyses
• Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and profitability analysis
• Collaborate with FP&A peers and cross-functional partners to validate inputs and explain variances
• Assist with consolidation, intercompany reporting, and management reporting packages
• Provide actionable insights to leadership on cost management and operating performance
• Support acquisition integration, pro-forma reporting, and dashboard development
• Automate recurring reporting and improve data quality across systems
