Job summary

TransImpact seeks a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis Director to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and profitability analysis in Charlotte. You will own KPI tracking, rev model development for each business segment, and the monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecast.

Collaborating with executives, you will guide strategic discussions, enhance FP&A processes, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring accurate board-level presentations and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 10+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or business analytics experience.
• Track record of using financial analysis to guide strategic options.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Lead KPI tracking including sales performance and other metrics.
• Own Finance Power BI reports ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Guide discussions with executives to interpret financial results.
• Create monthly reporting workbook and board slides.
• Develop revenue models for each business segment.
• Lead monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
• Mentor and develop FP&A team members.
