onsemi, a multinational supplier of energy-efficient products, is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst for the Analog Mixed-Signal Group (AMG) in Scottsdale, AZ. You will partner with business and functional leaders to drive forecasting, planning, and operational execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A or finance business partnering experience with forecasting and budgeting.
• Advanced financial modeling including scenario analysis and driver-based planning in Excel.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and process automation to improve finance workflows.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly BU forecast process with functional leaders to drive accuracy.
• Deliver actionable insights from forecast trends, variances, and performance.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for scenario planning and long-term planning.
• Prepare executive-level reporting of KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to enhance forecasting and reporting tools.
• Support annual budgeting and ongoing cost management.
• Collaborate across regions and time zones to ensure consistent financial practices.
• Prioritize and execute against multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
