Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join the ICS FP&A team supporting the Bank and Broker-Dealer Solutions unit in the NYC metro area. You will help forecast, budget, analyze variance, and deliver timely financial insights to business leaders.

This role offers cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Product, Accounting, and corporate FP&A, with a focus on process improvement, model development, and executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, decision support, or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; TM1, Oracle, and Power BI preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance, including revenue, expenses, margins, profitability, and key drivers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages with commentary on performance vs forecast, plan, and prior year.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and business cases.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and executive-ready materials for leadership reviews.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and standardization across deliverables.
