Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst - BBD FP&A to join the ICS FP&A team in the New York City Metro area. Candidates must currently reside in the NYC Metro area.

In this role, you will support forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, and strategic initiatives, partnering with Sales, Operations, Product, Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and other finance teams to deliver timely insights and drive performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A or related analytics experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; TM1/Oracle/Power BI preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a matrix environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance including revenue and margins.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting with commentary.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models for scenarios, pricing, and profitability.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and executive-ready materials.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across FP&A deliverables.
