Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Manager of Finance Data & Analytics to elevate centralized reporting and link financial planning with business performance within ICS. You will automate reports, build scalable datasets, and collaborate with IT and data science to ensure data integrity.

You will connect ERP, CRM, and financial databases to empower leaders with actionable insights, while driving governance and ongoing data quality improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in finance or data management with 2+ years in data infrastructure/dataset development.
• Proficiency in data management tools (SQL, Python, R), SAP/Oracle, and Power BI.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to connect operational performance to financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards for better visibility into performance.
• Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure and financial datasets across ICS.
