Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in the New York City metro area is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join the ICS FP&A team. You will support forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting, delivering timely insights and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

You will interact with Sales, Operations, Product, Accounting, and Corporate FP&A while driving process improvements and providing executive-ready analyses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, decision support, or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with TM1, Oracle, and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance, including revenue, expenses, margins, profitability, volumes, and key business drivers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages with clear commentary on performance versus forecast, plan, prior year, and key trends.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Provide insightful variance and trend analysis, including identification of underlying business drivers and recommended actions to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to collect inputs, validate assumptions, and align on financial outlooks.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, business cases, pricing, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and executive-ready materials for business reviews and senior leadership requests.
• Drive process improvement and standardization across FP&A deliverables, including report automation, forecast processes, data quality, and analytical tools.
