Job summary

Vivint, located in Lindon, UT, seeks a senior-level financial analyst to manage the Customer Care budget, variance analysis, and forecasting. You will partner with FP&A leadership to drive monthly and quarterly reviews and support long-term plans.

You will produce detailed financial reports for senior management, improve data-driven insights, and oversee ad hoc analyses. Onsite work with some Fridays remote is offered, supporting a flexible hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Five or more years of financial analysis experience (Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting or related fields) with Operations or Call Center experience preferred.
• Proficiency with reporting and financial systems (e.g., SAP, FPR, HFM, Adaptive, Snowflake SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI) as well as high proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong personal code of ethics and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate Customer Care operating expense budgets, forecasts, cost analyses, reporting needs, and ad hoc requests (including forecast inputs into the Financial Planning and Reporting system).
• Develop monthly actuals and forecast variance analyses used to complete the monthly business review.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports for senior leadership and executive management.
• Continuously improve reporting and analysis to provide clearer insight into financial performance and support business growth.
• Partner with business leaders to develop reporting that increases clarity and supports informed operating decisions.
• Respectfully challenge current financial, reporting, and operational processes.
• Lead or support special projects assigned by management.
