Job summary

TriSearch is seeking a Director, FP&A to build and professionalize the FP&A function across a PE-backed platform. Remote role with occasional travel to West/Mountain operating locations, reporting to the CFO, and partnering with executive leadership.

You will design consolidation architecture, own budgets and forecasts, and deliver executive-ready reporting to boards and lenders. This is a hands-on leadership role, starting as an individual contributor and scaling a finance team as the platform

Qualifications

7+ years of FP&A and strategic finance experience in project- or job-costed industries.
Experience building or upgrading an FP&A function with limited infrastructure.
Strong Excel and data tools; Power BI/SQL; AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the consolidated monthly management reporting package (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with variance analyses.
Establish a weekly operating flash covering revenue, job production, backlog, headcount, and cash.
Define and roll out tailored KPIs across audiences—from field leadership to boards.
Own annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, long-range planning, 13-week cash flow forecasts, and three-statement models.
Improve working capital visibility across WIP and project economics; partner with accounting on WIP.
Design consolidation architecture and map legacy systems for future acquisitions.
