Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to strengthen the accounting and finance team in Oak Brook, IL. You will conduct financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making across units.

In this role, you will partner with operations, commercial, and corporate teams to improve reporting processes, enhance financial visibility, and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required
• 6+ years FP&A or related financial experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial information for accounts, products or business units
• Act as project manager for month end, forecasting, and budget consolidations
• Responsible for SG&A reporting for operational departments
• Perform advanced financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, variance, trend and scenario modeling
• Partner with stakeholders across operations, commercial, and corporate teams to influence decisions
• Analyze cash flow, expenditure, revenue, depreciation, and investments to inform actions
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements
• Improve and streamline financial reporting processes including automation and data integration
• Provide guidance to less experienced financial analysts to improve reporting quality
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems
