Stedi is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting & Operations to own revenue accounting, billing, and close processes as the business scales. You’ll build scalable, automated workflows for usage-based billing and ensure accurate financial reporting in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will lead month-end activities, maintain policies, and collaborate across teams to improve customer experience while delivering audit-ready financials. CPA preferred, bachelor’s in accounting/finance.

Formación

• 7+ years progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in revenue accounting or revenue operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in ASC 606, with experience recognizing revenue in a usage-based or consumption-based billing model.
• Ability to translate technical conclusions into practical product, contract, billing, data, and operating requirements.
• End-to-end billing or order-to-cash process ownership, not just accounting entries.
• Ability to build and scale revenue accounting processes in a high-growth environment.
• Highly technical with a focus on automating workflows and data-driven financial systems.
• Thrives in ambiguity, creates structure, and designs scalable processes from scratch.

Responsabilidades

• Lead revenue-related month-end and audit readiness activities, including schedules and GL reconciliation.
• Perform contract reviews to determine ASC 606 treatment for non-standard arrangements.
• Own customer billing, validate usage and data, issue invoices and credits, resolve billing issues.
• Modernize revenue accounting from billing through recognition and collections with scalability in mind.
• Maintain and update revenue recognition policy across a growing product portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close process gaps and improve billing accuracy.
• Provide guidance and issue resolution to Accounting and business partners.
• Maintain SOPs, process docs, and controls for audit readiness.
• Assist external audits with PBC schedules and auditor inquiries.
