Sodexo is seeking a Senior Finance leader reporting to the CFO to oversee FP&A, controllership, reporting, internal controls, and process excellence across service lines. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, contract implementation, and drive performance through cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead high-performing teams, modernize processes, strengthen partnerships, and build a scalable finance organization aligned to growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10 years of management experience.
• 10 years of related experience.

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
• Partner with executives to drive strategy, profitability, and resource allocation.
