Job summary

Senior Finance leader reporting to the CFO, overseeing FP&A, controllership, reporting, internal controls, and process excellence. Leads high-performing teams, driving financial discipline, actionable insights, accountability, and business performance.

Transformational Finance leader with deep FP&A and controllership expertise. Drives continuous improvement, modernizes processes, strengthens strategic partnerships, and builds scalable, high-performing finance organizations aligned to growth.

You’ll manage complex processes from budgeting and forecasting to contract implementation, working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.

Pay Range

$156230 - $242550

Incentive Eligibility

Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• Lead the execution of contract updates and ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting

Lead controllership, reporting, compliance, and financial controls while driving finance transformation, process improvement, automation, and scalable operations. Partner across functions to strengthen governance, efficiency, and business growth.

• Skillset to analyze diverse financial data to support strategic decision-making and align with broader finance strategies


• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions and representing the organization externally


• Deep understanding of various contract structures and their financial impacts, enabling effective management of complex agreements
