Job summary

EMCO Chemical Distributors, LLC is seeking a Director of FP&A in Pleasant Prairie, WI. In this high-impact role, you will partner with the executive leadership in shaping financial strategies and reporting systems. You will have ownership over financial analytics and be crucial in decision-making processes, focusing on cash flow, forecasting, and effective management reporting.

The successful candidate will have a strong finance background, ideally in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience in financial reporting software. This position is on-site with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Hands-on experience with at least one EPM platform is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating budget and forecast process.
• Build and maintain cash flow forecasts.
• Serve as trusted advisor to operational leaders.
