Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group in Milwaukee seeks a strategic Director of Global FP&A to lead worldwide planning, forecasting, and analysis. This role partners with executive leadership to deliver timely insights, drive performance, and steer capital allocation across the enterprise.

The position is based at Enerpac's renovated Milwaukee headquarters and offers a hybrid schedule with onsite work Monday–Thursday and remote Fridays, plus strong professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or corporate finance experience, including global FP&A exposure.
• Demonstrated experience leading financial planning, forecasting, annual operating planning, and long-range planning processes.
• Strong modeling, including M&A, valuation, synergy analysis, integration planning, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global FP&A process cadence, including monthly reviews, forecast reviews, annual planning, long-range planning, and leadership meeting prep.
• Establish and maintain timelines, templates, and expectations across the FP&A organization for consistent planning and reporting.
• Communicate financial results, updates, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and the board as needed.
• Lead consolidated analysis of global financial performance: net sales, profitability, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital.
• Provide actionable analysis and recommendations to support performance management and resource allocation.
• Coach and develop the global FP&A team, driving continuous improvement and effective partnership across regions.
• Drive standardization and improvement in FP&A reporting, forecasting, and planning tools and outputs.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario analysis, and business cases.
• Support M&A activity with modeling, valuation, synergy assessment, and integration planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of assumptions and reporting deliverables.
• Create executive-level presentations and supporting analyses for leadership and quarterly earnings.
