Enerpac Tool Group in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Finance Director to lead FP&A, forecasting, and commercial finance. You will partner with senior leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights driving growth, margin, and accountability.

You will own annual planning, monthly reviews, and performance reporting, collaborating with controllership and regional teams to ensure consistent, executive‑ready commentary and robust processes in a global industrial organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Experience supporting commercial decision‑making, business reviews, forecasting, annual planning, and performance management.
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineered products, or capital equipment businesses preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the lead finance partner to the business, building strong relationships with commercial, operational, and functional leaders to support performance management and decision‑making.
• Lead FP&A activities, including monthly forecasting, annual operating plans, long‑range planning, business reviews, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Provide commercial finance support by analyzing revenue, margin, pricing, mix, customer, channel, market, and product performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate growth initiatives and prioritise programs grounded in financial analysis.
• Prepare and deliver executive‑ready financial insights, KPI reporting, and commentary explaining performance drivers.
• Lead planning discussions by challenging assumptions and translating inputs into actionable financial outlooks.
• Collaborate with controllership during month‑end close to ensure accurate commentary and results.
