Job summary

DirectMed Imaging seeks a Director of Finance to lead FP&A, planning, and board reporting in a hybrid role based in Nashville. The role partners with the CFO, drives forecasting, and shapes the data that informs strategic decisions for acquisitions and growth.

You will manage a small FP&A team, own the operating model, and deliver analytics across revenue streams, margins, and working capital, while collaborating with the Controller on close processes.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience with strong FP&A background
• Experience in private equity-backed or leveraged company environments
• Experience in distribution/healthcare services with inventory and receivables is a plus
• M&A and post-merger integration experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget process and rolling monthly forecast with cross-functional partners
• Own and improve the operating model, including multi-year planning and revenue/margin modeling
• Prepare lender reporting and covenant calculations with accurate detail
• Manage and develop a small FP&A team and mentor staff to grow into leaders
• Build planning, forecasting, and reporting processes using Power BI and ERP data sources
• Partner with CFO on strategic financial decisions and business case analyses
