Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Director of FP&A in Birmingham, AL. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis to influence business performance and strategy, with high exposure to executive leadership within a hybrid work environment.

You will develop financial models, provide decision support to leaders, mentor the FP&A team, and drive process improvements across planning and reporting functions as part of a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 8–10+ years in finance or accounting.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
