Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, audit, business analytics, or a related finance function.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience partnering directly with Sales, Commercial, or Operations teams.
• Experience in pricing analysis, margin analysis, or revenue forecasting.
• Exposure to high-growth or rapidly evolving business environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience with ERP, reporting, and business intelligence tools such as NetSuite, Power BI, Planful, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to support decision-making within a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and business leaders to develop meaningful reporting and analytics that support growth and profitability.
• Analyze customer, product, pricing, and margin performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analyses against budget and forecast, providing insights into key business drivers.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Build and maintain financial models to project revenue, profitability, and key operating metrics.
• Evaluate forecast assumptions and communicate financial risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Develop detailed operating budgets and support ongoing financial planning activities.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and business performance reviews.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and reporting materials for finance and operational leadership.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help enhance reporting capabilities and financial decision support across the organization.
