Frederick Fox LLC seeks an FP&A Analyst to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role focuses on translating complex financial data into actionable insights, building models, and delivering clear reporting for leadership.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial knowledge with advanced Excel and Power BI skills and possesses effective communication for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
• Strong ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and modeling capabilities.
• Experience creating dashboards with Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and update financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze actual results against budgets to identify trends and risks.
• Build and enhance dashboards to improve visibility of financial metrics.
• Perform data analysis and support planning initiatives.
• Prepare data-driven analyses and reports for leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Data, and Tech teams to support decisions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Ensure data integrity and documentation for financial reports.
• Explore new technologies to improve reporting and efficiency.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business objectives.
