Job summary

AccruePartners in Charlotte, NC is seeking an FP&A leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across multiple business functions. You will lead and develop the FP&A team, deliver insights to executives, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a growth-oriented, high-impact environment.

The role requires 4-7 years in finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint/PowerBI/Tableau/SQL skills, and proven ability to present complex financial results to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of finance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages budgeting and forecasting of financial results for functional areas across the business, including headcount and OPEX planning across multiple categories of expenses.
• Assesses, and manages a team that evaluates financial performance against budgeted results and delivers insights to executive leaders on drivers and actions to improve performance.
• Leads, motivates, and coaches the FP&A team to deliver results, communicating goals and deadlines and developing teammates.
• Implements continuous improvement methods and embodies company values to inspire servant leadership.
• Performs ad hoc analyses of projects/investments to determine financial impact and inform adjustments.
• Presents financial results to senior leadership, highlighting drivers/drains and recommended actions.
