Job summary

Nox Health is seeking a hands‑on Senior Director of FP&A to lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning. You’ll partner with the CFO, ELT, and Board to drive performance insights and financial decision‑making across the organization.

You will own consolidated plans, model complex scenarios, and deliver executive narratives that translate data into actionable business guidance. This role blends strategic and hands‑on work in a high‑visibility setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related function.
• Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to build complex models.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise budgeting and forecasting across units and geographies.
• Consolidate plans into an enterprise view with international considerations.
• Develop and maintain long‑range financial plans and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with Accounting to align plans with actuals and reporting structures.
• Establish planning standards, methodologies, and BI capabilities.
• Partner with business units to understand performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Create ROI, payback, and scenario analyses for investments and pricing decisions.
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning with Treasury.
• Mentor analysts and raise analytical standards across finance.
