Job summary

Nox Health Group, Inc. seeks a Director of FP&A to lead the global budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the enterprise. You will consolidate budgets across divisions and geographies, prepare board materials, and partner with treasury on liquidity and cash flow forecasting.

The role requires strong modeling skills, executive communication, and the ability to influence leaders across functions. This is a on-site position based in Alpharetta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics required.
• MBA preferred and highly desirable.
• Strong financial modeling and planning experience.
• Experience consolidating budgets and forecasts across divisions.
• Board and executive reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise planning, budgeting, and 13-week cash flow forecasting.
• Deliver monthly BU reporting and executive commentary.
• Maintain long-range planning model and three-statement projections.
• Partner with treasury on liquidity planning and funding decisions.
• Drive process improvement in planning tools and reporting.
