Job summary

Nox Health in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Director of FP&A to own the enterprise planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will consolidate budgets across divisions, produce board materials, and drive a three-statement model with liquidity projections.

You will partner with Treasury, influence leaders, and mentor analysts while delivering timely insights and strategic analysis to guide decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics required; MBA preferred.
Five or more years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
Experience consolidating budgets across divisions or international entities.
Proven track record preparing Board of Directors and executive-level materials.
Expert financial modeling skills, including three-statement and long-range planning models.
Direct experience with 13-week cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Google Sheets/Slides.
Working knowledge of US GAAP.
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise-wide annual budget process end to end for all divisions and geographies.
Consolidate divisional and international budgets, forecasts, and translate into a global view.
Maintain the BU operating model linking volume, pricing, payer mix, and cost-to-serve.
Prepare quarterly Board materials and executive reporting with narrative commentary.
Build and maintain the long-range planning model and liquidity forecasts.
Mentor analysts and drive process improvements in planning tools and automation.
