The position offers high visibility with the C-Suite and supports enterprise-wide planning across Hubbell’s segments, driving cash flow and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Large manufacturing industry experience (cost accounting) strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead large-scale initiatives and multi-task in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience interfacing with C-Suite and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and analysis for Corporate and Enterprise with decision-making authority.
• Create the Annual Operating Plan with strategic rationale and supporting detail.
• Analyze monthly results and explain variances to executives.
• Partner with CSuite leaders to validate assumptions and forecast accuracy.
• Prepare financial updates and presentations for forecast revisions.
