Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in finance, strong GAAP and P&L knowledge, and experience with SAP/OneStream. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Large manufacturing cost accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to influence enterprise-wide decisions with senior leadership.
• Experience interfacing with C-Suite executives.
• Strong presentation skills and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of GAAP reporting, P&L analysis and Free Cash Flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and planning processes for Corporate and Enterprise with decision-making authority.
• Craft the Annual Operating Plan with precision and supporting details.
• Evaluate monthly results, analyze variances and explain drivers.
• Partner with C-Suite leaders to explain results and validate future assumptions.
• Prepare financial updates and executive-level presentations for revisions.
• Analyze complex information to provide timely financial recommendations.
• Create executive presentations highlighting critical information.
• Forecast corporate balance sheets and guide Enterprise Free Cash Flow.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
