Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Finance Director to lead FP&A for the Protection & Controls business, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Based at Largo, FL or Westbury, NY, the role offers a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.

You will partner with senior leadership to translate financial insights into actionable plans, build robust models, improve forecast discipline, and drive investment evaluations to optimize resources.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 7+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience influencing senior executives.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (Excel, Power BI, OneStream, SAP).
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A: budgets, quarterly forecasts, long-range financial plans.
• Deliver analysis of financial results, KPIs, and trends to drive decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and board materials.
• Partner with VP/GM and leaders to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenarios and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems.
• Collaborate with VP/GM and VP-Finance to turn analysis into action.
