Electronic Arts in Redwood City, CA seeks a Director, Corporate Functions FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, investment evaluation, and performance accountability across Corporate Functions. You will translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for executive decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA valued.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting fundamentals.
• Experience leading and developing finance professionals in a matrix organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives with clear, data-driven insights.
• Advanced financial modeling and proficiency with ERP/FP&A platforms.
• Experience applying AI/technology to improve financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to Corporate Function executives.
• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Drive scenario planning, risk assessment, and analytical modeling.
• Provide financial leadership for investments including workplace and real estate.
• Partner with business owners to evolve KPI frameworks and measure investment performance.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting with insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Drive continuous improvement using technology and AI-enabled planning.
• Partner with Enterprise FP&A to scale EA's connected planning framework.
