Job summary

Electronic Arts (EA) is seeking a Sr. Finance Director to lead FP&A for EA Studios, partnering with studio leaders to drive profitable growth and strategic investment decisions.

You will oversee P&L, long-range planning, and cross-functional metrics, while guiding a ~10-person team and reporting to the VP of FP&A, EA Studios. This hybrid role requires three days in EA offices, with a focus on transformation and inclusive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP and FP&A planning platforms.
• Experience using AI to improve financial processes.
• Proven leadership of distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with studio and finance leaders to drive value creation.
