Job summary

Electronic Arts seeks a Director of Corporate Functions FP&A in California to lead financial planning, forecasting, investments, and performance across corporate functions. You will guide senior leaders and translate complex data into actionable insights in a hybrid role.

The role leads a team of four directs and three shared service professionals, partnering with executives to strengthen planning rigor, KPI alignment, and value realization through AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related quantitative field; advanced credentials valued.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting fundamentals.
• 5+ years leading finance professionals and building inclusive teams.
• Experience partnering with senior executives in a matrixed environment.
• Executive communication and storytelling to inform decisions.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical problem solving with ERP/FP&A tools.
• Experience applying AI/tech to improve finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to Corporate Function executives with strategic counsel.
• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning across functions.
• Drive scenario planning, risk assessment, and sensitivity analyses.
• Provide leadership for investments in workplace and real estate, programs and capabilities.
• Partner with owners to evolve KPI frameworks linking investments to outcomes.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly management reporting with clear insights.
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Drive continuous improvement with AI-enabled planning and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Enterprise FP&A to scale EA's connected planning framework.
