Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with senior-level leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; hands-on with ERP/FP&A planning platforms.
• Experience using AI/technology to improve financial processes and decision-making.
• People leadership with a track record of building inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Ability to navigate a dynamic business environment and drive strategic insights and actions.
• Proven experience evaluating performance metrics and implementing action plans.
• Track record managing large-scale businesses across distributed teams.
• Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and drive for transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to drive financial strategy and strategic execution for Shooters/ARPG.
• Lead FP&A across long-range, annual, and in-year planning cycles; develop operating metrics.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across portfolios.
• Establish and track performance measurements for major offerings and projects.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and initiatives.
• Lead FP&A team and collaborate with Enterprise & Experiences FP&A and other finance disciplines.
