Job summary

Electronic Arts (EA) seeks a Sr. Finance Director to lead FP&A for EA Studios, partnering with senior leaders to influence strategy and drive performance. The role oversees planning, reporting, and investment prioritization with a team of ~10 and reports to the VP of FP&A for EA Studios. Hybrid work Model: 3 days/week in-office.

You will drive actionable insights, manage P&L health, and lead financial transformation initiatives across central development, technology and TRACAB groups.
