Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment management, portfolio governance, business operations, or related fields.
• Korean bilingual.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel-based analysis, business case development, and structured reporting.
• Strong executive communication skills, including PPT story lining and issue framing.

Responsibilities

• FP&A & Business Planning: oversee monthly and annual rolling reports for P&L, Cash Flow, and Capex.
• Forecasting: conduct Plan vs. Actual analysis to derive improvement actions.
• Business Planning: lead bi-annual corporate planning for P&L, Cash Flow, and Capex.
• Management Decision Support: prepare weekly reports and align with ESS Solution and Asset Mgmt teams.
• Financial Risk Mitigation: assess cash flow impact of schedule changes and implement mitigations.
• Cost & Budget Control: verify AP and cost allocation accuracy based on timesheets.
• EPC Cost Risk Management: consolidate spend schedule and identify risks early.
• Process Innovation & Data Management: automate P&L and cash flow management; data integration.
