Hanwha Q CELLS, a leading solar hub operator in the US, seeks a Planning Specialist to analyze production KPIs across factories in the US and abroad, support CAPEX reviews, and drive cost-saving initiatives. This entry-level role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with global teams.

You will work within the Manufacturing Planning Team in Georgia, focusing on improving cycle times and productivity while delivering actionable insights to leadership and operations partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Fluency in Korean with ability to communicate with management.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to visualize data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and facilitate production KPIs of the global factory (US, Korea, Malaysia).
• Collaborate with factories and Korea to develop production plans to meet objectives.
• Monitor internal/external changes and align key production indices (cycle time, productivity).
• Conduct daily/monthly production variance analysis and devise actionable plans.
• Compile CAPEX data and analyze deviations to identify insights.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to ensure competitive pricing without compromising quality.
• Assess economic advantages of adopting new manufacturing technologies and automation.
• Resolve day-to-day production/cost/budget issues related to factory operation.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.
