Job summary

Artsy is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A & Corporate Development to partner with sales and leadership across the organization. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and scenario modeling, supporting growth and profitability in a rapidly evolving art market.

The role combines FP&A rigor with corporate development activities, offering exposure to executive leadership and cross‑functional collaboration, including with treasury and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in accounting, business or finance.
• 3+ years of relevant FP&A, investment banking, or consulting experience.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT).

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics for the business.
• Support Mergers & Acquisitions, capital raises, and investor reporting.
• Be the main business partner for the sales organization to achieve objectives.
• Analyze financial data and create models for decision support.
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends for improvements.
• Create monthly and ad-hoc reports to support financial needs.
• Provide FP&A and corporate development guidance to the business.
