Collectors is seeking an experienced Manager for Corporate Finance & Strategy to lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning across corporate functions. You will own the AOP cycle, quarterly forecasts, and executive reporting, partnering with leaders to align plans with strategic growth initiatives.

The role requires strong Excel/Adaptive Insights skills, GAAP knowledge, and a hands-on approach to improve processes and data integrity while collaborating with multiple teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of FP&A or related finance roles.
• Experience partnering with function leaders on budgets and forecast.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Adaptive Insights administration experience; model/build capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan (AOP) cycles and quarterly planning for corporate functions.
• Support long-range planning and scenario analyses for growth investments.
• Contribute to quarterly forecasts and executive/board reporting.
• Own headcount planning and align with HRIS/TA data.
• Improve FP&A processes; maintain Adaptive Insights data integrity.
