Architectural Surfaces is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to drive planning, reporting and strategic insights across the business.

You will own the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and related executive presentations, while partnering with operations to improve efficiency and cash flow. Strong Excel modeling, PowerPoint storytelling, and communication with leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead the annual budget, monthly forecast, and related presentations provided to leadership.
• Build and maintain forecasting/inflation/variance analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Excel modeling and PowerPoint storytelling to communicate financial results clearly.
• Monitor KPIs, working capital metrics, and cash flow to drive improvements.
• 7+ years in FP&A with MBA or CPA preferred; demonstrate complex financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting and variance analysis to explain drivers of actuals vs. budget and forecast.
• Own weekly cash forecast and monitor changes in Net Working Capital and Cash Conversion Cycle.
• Develop board presentation slides and present financial results to executives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Support ad-hoc financial analyses and strategic initiatives as needed (e.g., M&A support).
