Job summary

EY is hiring a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate to design, build, and optimize Anaplan-based planning and forecasting solutions in the US. You will partner with stakeholders to create scalable models, dashboards, and reports, supporting finance, analytics, and decision making.

This is a highly collaborative, virtual role with exposure to global teams and evolving AI capabilities. You will drive improvements in data accuracy, governance, and efficiency while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of FP&A and systems implementation experience.
• 5–7+ years in finance/business with supervisory, forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Involvement in at least one end-to-end planning/EPM implementation.
• Experience acting as liaison between business and development teams.
• Overtime may be required during concentrated periods of activity.
• Ability to work in a highly virtual team.
• Limited travel may be required based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable planning and forecasting solutions.
• Support complex analysis and reporting needs.
• Assess impact of changes on upstream and downstream processes.
• Build and enhance models for finance, analytics, and reporting.
• Design dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance.
• Evaluate models for performance, scalability, and UX.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot data integrity and user access issues.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
• Streamline manual processes via automation and data integration.
• Develop technical and business documentation for governance.
• Facilitate user training and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Stay current on Anaplan capabilities and drive innovation.
• Maintain compliance with policies related to system setup.
• Interact with financial community and technical groups to resolve issues.
• Participate in system integration, design, upgrades and enhancements.
• Apply AI and Machine Learning concepts where appropriate.
• Prioritize and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Act as SME during workshops and training sessions.
• Work on special projects as required.
• Provide recommendations based on US planning and reporting structures.
• Clarify requirements with senior stakeholders.
• Assess feasibility and effort based on data and reports available.
• Manage projects across multiple teams and functions.
• Coordinate defect resolution and end-user communication.
• Serve as change agent for US initiatives and train finance users.
• Support development, implementation and ongoing support of applications.
• Oversee and manage cross-team projects.
