Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate to design, build, and optimize Anaplan planning solutions, supporting forecasting and reporting for the US firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5+ years of FP&A and systems implementation experience
• 5-7+ years in finance/business with supervisory, forecasting and budgeting experience
• End-to-end planning / EPM system implementation or major planning model redesign (requirements through go-live)
• Experience bridging business and development teams
• Overtime may be required during peak periods
• Ability to work in a highly virtual team
• Limited travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable Anaplan planning and forecasting solutions
• Build and enhance complex models for finance, analytics, and reporting
• Design dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights
• Conduct testing and quality assurance
• Evaluate existing models and improve performance, scalability, and user experience
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot data integrity and user access issues
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally
• Streamline manual processes via automation and data integration
• Develop technical and business documentation for governance
• Facilitate user training and knowledge sharing
• Stay current on Anaplan capabilities and drive innovation
• Maintain compliance with policies and maintenance
• Engage with financial community and technical groups to resolve issues
• Participate in system integration, design, upgrades and enhancements
• Understand and apply AI and ML concepts
• Prioritize high-priority issues and communicate status
• Act as a subject matter expert during workshops and training
• Lead special projects as required
• Advise on US planning and reporting structures and finance systems
