Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our growing finance team in Las Vegas. This role will deliver in-depth analyses of financial and operational performance to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.

You will build financial models, manage the annual budgeting cycle across multiple locations, and design scalable reporting tools using Power BI/Quicksight.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of analytics experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling.
• Experience with variance analysis versus budget.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial metrics.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting and analytical support to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process across multiple locations at a granular level.
• Develop and maintain scalable reporting tools for restaurant management using BI platforms.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Lead digital transformation by converting Excel-based reports into Power BI or Quicksight dashboards.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards for executives and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring analyses and reporting processes.
• Support ad hoc projects and reporting as needed.
